OFFICIAL TERMS OF SALE
1. RETAINED PROCUREMENT STRUCTURE: Commercial Print Brokers operates strictly as an asset-light enterprise supply chain (B2B) print procurement, preflight file engineering, and logistical management firm. We do not own, operate, or maintain physical manufacturing pressrooms or machinery. All physical production campaigns are routed entirely to fully vetted, Tier-1 domestic production facilities.
2. THE 100% UPFRONT DEPOSIT MANDATE: To secure raw material substrates, allocate specialized press time slots, and lock domestic manufacturing line queues, all corporate accounts operate strictly on a 100% Upfront Contract Deposit Mandate. No manufacturing makereadies, structural dieline allocations, or plating procedures will commence until funds have completely cleared and settled into our core corporate treasury ledger via secure ACH Bank Transfer.
3. FINAL PREFLIGHT SIGN OFF IMMUNITY: Once our prepress engineering team deploys your electronic PDF or digital structural dieline layout proof, your official signature or digital sign off constitutes an absolute, final contract authorization. The client carries sole, absolute responsibility for verifying text registration, safety margins, bleed areas, typographical errors, and correct spot UV or varnish coatings. No cancellations, file substitutions, or manufacturing modifications can be executed once the production file is committed to the factory floor. Commercial Print Brokers carries 100% legal immunity against print defects or material waste resulting from client approved proof layout parameters.
4. FLUCTUATION & COST GUARANTEES: All per unit production cost spreads deployed by our procurement desk are guaranteed and locked against market raw substrate spikes for exactly fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of quotation deployment. Contract authorizations executed outside of this 14-day window are subject to automatic rerouting and current market material adjustments.
5. FREIGHT & DISTRIBUTION LIMITATION: All custom packaging, product labels, and exhibit assets are shipped securely on standard shrink-wrapped pallets directly from our closest regional domestic manufacturing plants. Freight is routed Less Than Truckload (LTL) or via standard commercial carrier lines, operating under standard industry carrier terms. Commercial Print Brokers carries zero liability for third-party shipping transit delays, regional freight terminal delays, or carrier delivery failures.
